Yes, with UCash24 you are anonymous. We do not need any data from you, not even an email address or a mobile number. When you register, you will receive a random ID or you can create your own. You assign a password to this wallet ID and you are online. In case you have lost your ID or password, you can download your recovery code after registering. But be careful! Neither your access data nor the recovery code should fall into the wrong hands. Because that means anyone can take over your wallet and therefore your balance.
Yes, with UCash24 any payment is possible in the shop and on the Internet. But also at events and festivals or other offers where mobile sales are necessary. The prerequisite is that the dealer, event organizer, etc. offers UCash24 as a means of payment.
Yes, sending money with UCash24 is quick and easy, and you can do it anywhere in the world. Either scan the QR code directly from another cell phone or have the QR code sent to you. Alternatively, enter the recipient's ID. You also have the option of saving a recipient so that you can send money again even faster.
To fund your wallet, you can deposit funds at any time. Go to "Deposit" in your wallet and select the deposit method. As soon as the money arrives with us, it will appear in your wallet. All incoming funds, regardless of currency, are converted into Swiss francs by our bank and then into UCoins on UCash24. UCoins are based on the Swiss franc. Withdrawals to a bank account are processed via a transfer from us at UCash24. The UCoins are then converted back into Swiss francs, and the bank sends the money to the bank account you specified. In principle, worldwide withdrawals are possible. However, there are a few countries where our bank may not process money transfers, usually due to sanctions or other regulatory restrictions. There is no fixed rule for this, and this can change at any time. If the bank rejects your request, we will of course notify you.
Since we are based in Switzerland, every incoming payment, regardless of the currency, is converted into Swiss francs. For withdrawals, the money is transferred in Swiss francs to the bank account you specify. Wallet IDs are deleted after 12 months of inactivity, but you will receive a notification 4 weeks before deletion asking you to log in to prevent deletion.
